Who is Your Chef?
Our Chef, Co-Owner and Concept CO-Creator is Francesco Suglia, born in Puglia Italy and Culinary trained from Bari. He has been cooking professionally for decades all over the world!

Ok, that’s a tough one! We love everything but Francesco bakes his own bread, cuts his own steaks and is exceptional with seafood, which is a main food where he is from! Best selling dishes include Lasagne, Chicken Parmesean, Bruschetta Boards, and for breakfast we are very proud of our Eggs Benedicts and our skillets! With our vast menus, there is truly something for everyone!
